MANUSCRIPT REVIEW

Stop wondering if your book is “good enough.” Let us give you an expert opinion, some practical advice, and maybe even a glimmer of confidence.

Send us your writing, my pretty.

Order a manuscript review and submit your work for a professional assessment. We’ll read it thoroughly, apply our editorial and publishing knowledge, and give you a detailed report of your manuscript’s strengths, its areas of opportunity, and its readiness for publication.

Manuscript review goes like this:

  • Submit Your Manuscript

Send us what you’ve got, in whatever form you’ve got it in.

(Yes, we know it’s not perfect – that’s the point.)

When you submit your manuscript, we’ll ask you a bunch of questions so you can give us all the context you want.

  • We Read and Digest

Don’t mind us while we kick back with your rough draft! Give us a few days to enjoy your manuscript and assess its strength, weaknesses, and most shining opportunities.

    We’ll prepare your report next.

  • You Receive a Written Report

We’ll write you a detailed, several-page report via email with feedback on areas that include the following:

    • Book topic, title, and themes

    • Writing quality and consistency

    • Length, complexity, and general readability

    • Readiness for publication

    • Recommendations for practical next steps

    • In-depth insight on the essence, message, and mission of your book

    • And whatever else we feel will inspire your brilliance.

  • Optional: 30 Minute Zoom Call

If you’d like to go over your assessment in person, you can add-on a live session at checkout.

In this 30 minute call, we will go over your manuscript report together, answer your questions, and explore strategies to help you get your book into its final form.
